What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best print quality, we recommend vector files at 300 DPI or higher. If you do not have a design file, the Custom Studio team can create one from scratch.

Can I request a custom design from scratch?

Absolutely. Custom Studio handles everything from concept to print-ready file. Fill in your brief and a designer can follow up with direction and production details.

What resolution should my artwork be?

We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI at print size for raster images. Vector files are preferred when possible. Low-resolution files are reviewed before production.

How many revisions do I get?

Design revisions are handled during the approval process so the final artwork is right before production starts.

What if there is a production issue?

Contact support with your order details and photos. The team reviews eligible production issues and confirms the next step.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and costs are shown at checkout based on the destination and service.

How long does shipping take?

Production timing and carrier estimates depend on product and destination. Expedited options appear at checkout when available.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When tracking is available it is sent by email and appears in My Orders for logged-in customers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact support as quickly as possible. Orders can be changed only before production or fulfillment has moved too far.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods are generated by WooCommerce and the active payment providers at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes. Contact the team with quantity, vehicle/project details, timeline, and destination so the right quote path can be reviewed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Guest checkout may be available depending on store settings. Accounts make order history, addresses, and status updates easier to manage.

How do I reset my password?

Use the lost-password link on My Account and check your email for the reset link.
